The Excellence Curriculum Experience at Every Age

As your child continues to grow, our curriculum grows with him. At every stage of your child's journey, Excellence develops new and challenging ways to open his mind and expand his imagination. Our foundation of love and trust is accompanied every step of the way by our teachers, parents, and your child`s peers.

Throughout each age group, your child will discover the joy and excitement of learning science, math, language, literature, drama, music, and art. The Excellence Curriculum presents a variety of educational activities and theme-based units for every age group.

Developmentally appropriate classrooms:

• Excellence Infant-Toddler Curriculum - Six weeks through 2 years - The youngest learners at Excellence are well on their way to a lifetime of learning with our Infant-Toddler Program. Infants as young as six weeks old are involved with stimulating, hands-on play. Each activity is designed to assist your child in achieving those important developmental milestones while he has fun at the same time. Our Excellence environment is a safe place filled with love, growth, and discovery.
• Excellence Preschool (UPK) Curriculum - 4-year-olds - The daily adventures continue into preschool, and with them come the stepping stones for a lifetime of learning. Our goal is to help equip your child for the challenges ahead. Supporting each child during this time in her life helps instill confidence and accomplishment while she basks in her daily successes.
• NEW 3-K Curriculum - Start thinking about pre-K programs when your child is enrolled in 3-K or another three-year-old preschool program, or when they are three years old. In New York City, children are eligible to apply to pre-K in the calendar year they turn four. Every child in NYC whose family submits a pre-K application is guaranteed a pre-K offer.
• Summer Program - Students enrolled in 3-K or UPK will have the summer off as NYCDOE only provides for September through June Enrollment. However, our school provides summer classes for parents who will be busy or would like for their children to be ready for the next school year.
